Parmesan Tortilla Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, and pepper.
  3. Brush evenly onto both sides of tortillas.
  4. Cut tortillas into wedges.
  5. Place wedges on baking sheets in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and salt.
  7. Bake for 8 10 minutes, or until chips are crisp.
