Turkey Gravy Dijon

  1. Discard fat from drippings.
  2. If necessary, add water to drippings to measure 2 cups; pour into medium saucepan.
  3. Whisk in flour until blended.
  4. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir on medium-low heat 5 min.
  6. or until thickened.
  7. (Do not boil.)
