Chinese New Year's Chicken Recipe

  1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt; roll in cornstarch.
  2. Dip in Large eggs.
  3. Cook in small amount of oil in frying pan till brown; place in shallow casserole.
  4. Mix monosodium glutamate, sugar, stock, vinegar, salt, soy sauce and catsup; pour over chicken.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
