Tostadas With Ceviche Recipe

  1. Combine lime juice, water and 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt in a glass bowl.
  3. Soak fish in this mix for 5 hrs, refrigerated, stirring occasionally.
  4. Heat 1/2" oil in a small skillet and fry the tortillas till they are golden, about 2 min.
  5. Mash avocados and add in the cream, lowfat milk and 1/4 tsp.
  6. salt.
  7. Drain the fish and pat dry.
  8. On each tortilla, spread a little of the avocado, then some of the fish.
  9. Garnish with chili and green onion.
  10. Serves 6.
