Fat Free Lemon Berry Smoothie

  1. For each serving: Place 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup berries, 1/4 tsp.
  2. drink mix and 1/2 cup ice cubes in blender container; cover.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immmediately.
