Asian Pepper Steak Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak, cut in 1/2" strips
- 1 1/2 tsp Accent
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 c. Beef bouillon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 x Green peppers, cut in strips
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 2 x Tomatoes, peeled, cut in wedges
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- Sprinkle beef with 1/2 the Accent.
- Brown in oil.
- Add in bouillon, sugar, ginger and soy sauce.
- Bring to boil and simmer 15 min, covered.
- Add in vegetables and sprinkle with remaining Accent.
- Cook 15 min.
- Combine cornstarch and water; stir into beef mix till thickened.
- Simmer 30 min.
- You can cook less for crispier vegetables.
