Asparagus Salad With Orange Vinaigrette

  1. Trim asparagus and cut in to 1-inch pieces and Cook 1 - 1 1/2 min or until tender crisp.
  2. Immediately plunge into ice water.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Whisk together orange juice, vinegar, orange zest, mustard, olive oil, and spices.
  5. Toss with asparagus and orange sections.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted nuts.
