Dad's famous leftover chili pie!

  1. preheat oven 350'
  2. cook one pie bottom until almost golden.
  3. remove/cool.
  4. fill with room temp or colder leftover chili.
  5. use milk around edges and add other bottom to the top and make air tight with fork.
  6. slit a small design for air in the middle.
  7. cover with tin foil and freeze for later or cook right away(until top crust is golden, about 15-20mins) if you freeze it then add another half hour or more at the same temp.
  8. great for game night!
