Dad's famous leftover chili pie!
- 2 cup leftover chili
- 1 box pre-made pie crusts
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 box pre-made pie crusts - use 2 bottoms
- preheat oven 350'
- cook one pie bottom until almost golden.
- remove/cool.
- fill with room temp or colder leftover chili.
- use milk around edges and add other bottom to the top and make air tight with fork.
- slit a small design for air in the middle.
- cover with tin foil and freeze for later or cook right away(until top crust is golden, about 15-20mins) if you freeze it then add another half hour or more at the same temp.
- great for game night!
