Pomegranate Oatmeal

  1. Bring the water, juice, and salt to a rapid boil in a small saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add the oats and turn the heat to medium.
  3. Cook the oats 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is almost absorbed.
  4. Cover the pan and remove it from the heat.
  5. Allow it to sit 5 minutes, and then stir in the sugar.
  6. Serve immediately.
