Janet's Breakfast Quesadilla

  1. spread half the butter on each tortilla, placing 1 butter side down, on a griddle.
  2. Spread half the beans on each tortilla, then spread the eggs out on the tortilla that's on the griddle; top with feta, then the other tortilla.
  3. Pan-fry on med-high heat until nicely browned on each side.
  4. Cut into serving pieces and enjoy!
  5. May be served with salsa, quacamole, sour cream (I use plain yogurt), hot peppers; whatever you like.
