Vegan Praline Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
  2. Lay slices of bacon side by side in a baking sheet.
  3. Place in oven and bake about 4-5 minutes until almost cooked.
  4. Remove pan.
  5. Mix the brown sugar and pecans together.
  6. Push partially cooked bacon close together and brush with the agave syrup.
  7. Cover generously with the sugar/pecan topping.
  8. Place in oven 4-5 more minutes until topping is bubbly.
  9. Remove to platter to cool.
  10. If you leave it in the pan it might stick and be harder to remove.
