Tropical JELL-O Fruit Cup
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O Instant Pudding Light
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) whole mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 sliced banana
- coconut
- MIX pudding powder and crushed pineapple with juice in bowl.
- BLEND in plain yogurt, drained mandarin orange segments and sliced banana.
- SPOON into serving dishes; chill 5 min.
- Top with toasted coconut.
