Crockpot Balsamic Chicken

  1. Combine basil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Season both sides of chicken thighs.
  3. Add coconut oil, minced garlic, and onions to the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Place chicken on top and pour balsamic vinegar over chicken.
  5. Add rosemary.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  7. Serve with cauliflower rice, quinoa or vegetables.
