Microwave Tuna Casserole Recipe
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 1/2 of 10 ounce. pkg. frzn peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 or possibly 3 c. cooked egg noodles, liquid removed
- Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
- 8 slices American cheese
- Combine tuna, Large eggs, peas, mushroom soup, lowfat milk and noodles; turn into an 8"x8"x2" microwave safe baking dish.
- Top with a layer of corn flake crumbs and 2 layers of cheese.
- Microwave on high power for about 5 min, till heated through and cheese is melted.
