Creamy Edamame Dip with Peppers

  1. Cook edamame in boiling water in saucepan 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
  4. Place in food processor.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except peppers; process until smooth.
  6. Serve with peppers.
