Creamy Edamame Dip with Peppers
- 3 qt. Frozen edamame (shelled)
- 3 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups Cold water
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 12 each scallions, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 6 Tbsp. Minced gingerroot
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- 6 each orange peppers, cut into strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 6 each red peppers, cut into strips
- 6 each yellow peppers, cut into strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- Cook edamame in boiling water in saucepan 3 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender; drain.
- Rinse with cold water; drain again.
- Place in food processor.
- Add all remaining ingredients except peppers; process until smooth.
- Serve with peppers.
