Long Island Iced Tea
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce white rum
- 1/2 ounce tequila
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/4 ounce dark beer like Bass
- Sour mix
- Splash of fresh lemon juice
- Splash of Coke
- In a shaker, mix all ingredients except Coke and sour mix; shake, and pour into a 12-ounce glass with ice.
- Top up glass to 1/2 inch from top with sour mix.
- Add Coke until drink is the color of weak iced tea.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
