American Toast Fruit Cobbler Recipe

  1. Slice bread into 1-inch-thick slices, lay flat in an oblong dish.
  2. Blend next 4 ingredients and pour over bread, cover till liquid is obsorbed.
  3. In another oblong dish (12- by 9-inch) spray with no stick spray and place fruit in bottom, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mix.
  4. Place bread slices over fruit and brush with melted butter.
  5. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 min.
  6. This recipe yields 8 servings.
