Uncooked Green Tomato Relish Recipe

  1. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, mix well and let set overnight.
  2. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
  3. Add in onions, green pepper and red peppers and mix well.
  4. Stir in celery seed and mustard seed.
  5. Fold in sugar and vinegar and combine thoroughly.
  6. Place in sterilized jars, cover tightly and chill.
  7. Makes about 12 pints.
