Olive Sauce
- 20 Olives
- 100 ml Olive oli
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1/3 kg Mayonaisse
- Peel the olives and put them with the olive oil in a blender and mix them
- Then strain the mixture
- Add the egg, mustard and the olive mixture in the same blender and start blending
- Keep blending while you add the mayonaisse
- Now you have a really nice olive sauce to serve with bread, octopus, salads or wathever you want
