Olive Sauce

  1. Peel the olives and put them with the olive oil in a blender and mix them
  2. Then strain the mixture
  3. Add the egg, mustard and the olive mixture in the same blender and start blending
  4. Keep blending while you add the mayonaisse
  5. Now you have a really nice olive sauce to serve with bread, octopus, salads or wathever you want
  6. Enjoy!
