Fresh salsa
- 1 large tomato
- 2 green tomatillos (optional)
- 1-2 Serrano Chiles
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Handful cilantro
- 1/4 cup water
- Simmer tomato, tomatillos and Serrano Chile for about 10 minutes
- Then take skin of red tomato and put in blender with the tomatillos, Serrano Chile, cilantro, water and salt.
- Pulse 2 to 3 times
- Then pour into a bowl and add diced onion if desired.
