Fresh salsa

  1. Simmer tomato, tomatillos and Serrano Chile for about 10 minutes
  2. Then take skin of red tomato and put in blender with the tomatillos, Serrano Chile, cilantro, water and salt.
  3. Pulse 2 to 3 times
  4. Then pour into a bowl and add diced onion if desired.
