Dill Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons arrowroot
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 12 pint sour cream
- Melt butter, add arrowroot.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add beef broth and boil until creamy.
- Add dill weed, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat egg with sour cream.
- Add to sauce; heat, serve over bread or potato dumplings.
