Asian Chicken Cocktail Sandwiches
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup (30g) each of chopped coriander and basil
- juice of 1 lime
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 large BBQ chicken, shredded or 500g chicken breast, cooked
- 1 loaf (24 slices) white square sandwich bread
- Process peanut butter, chilli sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, herbs and lime in a food processor until smooth.
- Fold through Philly* and chicken.
- Spread Asian Philly* chicken mix onto slices of bread.
- Top with another slice and cut into four triangles.
- Serve.
