Delicious Egg Dessert

• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup Crumbs ( your choice )
• 1 tsp cardamom essence
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 3 eggs

1. Beat the eggs together then mix them with milk, oil and essence.
2. Over low heat, mix the wet ingredients with sugar and crumbs.
3. Heat till the pudding starts to detach from the pan sides and a smooth consistency is achieved.
4. Remove and serve with nuts of your choice.
