Black Pepper Sauce
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 200 ml black vineger
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp oil
- 200 grams black pepper corn
- BLACK PEPPER
- using mortar grind black pepper corn till medium fine coursely then in pan slow toast black pepper till fragrant
- MAKE SAUCE
- heat up oil in pan then add all ingredient stir in low heat for 3 minute then off heat
- STORAGE
- once sauce is cool can keep in refrigerator up to a month
- STIR FRY OR AS MARINATE OPTIONAL
- Great for stir fry and marinate too
