Black Pepper Sauce

  1. BLACK PEPPER
  2. using mortar grind black pepper corn till medium fine coursely then in pan slow toast black pepper till fragrant
  3. MAKE SAUCE
  4. heat up oil in pan then add all ingredient stir in low heat for 3 minute then off heat
  5. STORAGE
  6. once sauce is cool can keep in refrigerator up to a month
  7. STIR FRY OR AS MARINATE OPTIONAL
  8. Great for stir fry and marinate too
