Roasted Bell Peppers and Butter
- 2 bell peppers (color doesn't matter)
- 1 ounce butter (1/8 of a stick)
- Heat a pan on the stove at medium heat and add the butter.
- Dice the bell peppers and toss them into the butter once it is melted.
- Move to a plate when the peppers look slightly black (they are not burned).
- Enjoy!
