Chilaca Chile Snack (Botana de Chilacas)

  1. Tear or cut the chiles lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. Place in a meduim bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Set aside for the flavors to meld, approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, stir thoroughly.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
