Blazin' Beef
- 12 slices sourdough bread, sliced
- 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups onions, sliced, grilled King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 6 slices Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 3/4-oz. slices Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1/3 cup oil
- Preheat flat-top griddle to 350F.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.
- barbecue sauce.
- Top 1 bread slice with 2 oz.
- meat, 1/4 cup onions and 1 cheese slice; cover with second bread slice.
- Brush outside of sandwich with 1 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Grill until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
