Creamy Carob Squares

  1. Combine first six ingredients to form a crumb mixture.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat together remaining ingredients.
  4. Place half of crumb mixture in an oiled 9x12 inch pan, press down well; cover with carob mixture, then top with remaining crumb mixture.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C).
  6. for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
  7. Cool and cut into squares.
