Inside-Out Caramel Apple

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Use sharp knife or apple corer to remove core to within 1/2 inch from bottom of each apple.
  3. Partially cut each cored apple into 8 wedges.
  4. Stand each apple on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; place 3 caramels in center of each apple.
  5. Mix juice, sugar and cinnamon until blended; pour over apples.
  6. Wrap apples in foil to make 4 packets.
  7. Grill, top sides up, 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until apples are tender.
  9. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
  10. Sprinkle nuts over apples.
