Healthy Okara Cake

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into a lined cake or tart mold.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 360F/180C.
  3. The cake is not very sweet, so I serve it with brown sugar syrup or stewed apples.
  4. Jam or ice cream would be great too.
  5. A variation with bananas on top.
  6. A variation with pineapple slices on top.
  7. A variation with bananas baked in.
  8. I mixed cocoa powder in some of the batter and made heart shaped decorations on top.
  9. Chocolate chips + bananas.
  10. Bananas.
