Healthy Okara Cake
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 200 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp * Baking powder
- 1 dash * Salt
- 75 grams * White flour
- 20 grams * Sugar
- Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into a lined cake or tart mold.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 360F/180C.
- The cake is not very sweet, so I serve it with brown sugar syrup or stewed apples.
- Jam or ice cream would be great too.
- A variation with bananas on top.
- A variation with pineapple slices on top.
- A variation with bananas baked in.
- I mixed cocoa powder in some of the batter and made heart shaped decorations on top.
- Chocolate chips + bananas.
- Bananas.
