Simple Hollandaise Sauce.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  2. Place over low heat and stirring constantly until heated through.
  3. Do not boil!
  4. This is wonderful over vegetables or served over seafood patties/burgers.
  5. This will serve 8 at 2T each.

light mayonnaise, nonfat yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt
