Simple Hollandaise Sauce.
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 12 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 18 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
- Place over low heat and stirring constantly until heated through.
- Do not boil!
- This is wonderful over vegetables or served over seafood patties/burgers.
- This will serve 8 at 2T each.
