Crispy Bread and Tomato Cups

  1. TRIM crusts from bread slices.
  2. FLATTEN with rolling pin to 1/4 inch (.5 cm) thickness.
  3. BRUSH one side of bread with oil.
  4. PRESS whole slice of bread, butter side out, lightly into muffin cups.
  5. BAKE at 350 F (180 C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
  6. MIX remaining ingredients and spoon evenly among muffin cups.
  7. RETURN to oven to heat until warm.
