Missy's Jambalaya
- 1 cup rice
- 2 12 cups water
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 lb concecuh sausage, sliced
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- In a 11x9 pan, mix together rice, water, rotel, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soup.
- Cover with foil and cook at 350 until rice is cooked (about 45 minutes).
- Add sausage and shrimp.
- Mix and heat through (about 15 or 20 minutes or so).
