Asparagus Guacamole

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil.
  2. Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Place asparagus into food processor and puree until smooth.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
  6. Yields 1/4 cup per serving.
