Chocolate Glaze

• 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
• 12 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

1. Bring cream to simmer in large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add chocolate, whisk until smooth.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in corn syrup.
5. Cool glaze until barely lukewarm.
