Crock Veggie Soup (Oamc)
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 12 tablespoon basil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup pasta shells, uncooked (or pasta you prefer)
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Place all ingredients except pasta and parmesan cheese in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Add pasta to the slow cooker during the last hour of cooking.
- Serve in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
