Curried Pork And Cabbage Recipe

  1. In a Dutch oven or possibly large saucepan heat butter.
  2. Stir in curry pwdr, the 1/2 tsp.
  3. salt and 1/8 tsp.
  4. pepper.
  5. Add in cabbage, onion and 1/4 c. water; toss to coat.
  6. Cover and cook about 5 min or possibly till cabbage is crisp-tender.
  7. Add in apples.
  8. Cover; cook for 3 to 4 min more or possibly till cabbage and apples are tender.
  9. Spray large skillet with nonstick coating.
  10. Heat pan for 1 to 2 min or possibly till warm.
  11. Season pork with 1/4 tsp.
  12. salt and remaining 1/8 tsp.
  13. pepper.
  14. Add in pork to skillet.
  15. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 min or possibly till no longer pink, turning once.
  16. Serve pork atop cabbage mix.
  17. Makes 6 servings.
