Prawn and Jamon Brochettas

  1. Slice the sheets of ham lengthways, and wrap each shrimp in a half sheet.
  2. Thread onto a skewer.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Cook on a BBQ or griddle.
