Black Bean Salad Boats
- 15 ounces, fluid Black Beans, Drained
- 1 whole Medium Tomato, Diced
- 1 whole Avocado, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Red/purple Onion, Finely Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
- 4 whole Pieces Of Bacon, Cooked, Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 6 whole To 8 Whole Romaine Heart Leaves
- Mix ingredients for the bean salad (everything but the lettuce) together.
- Fill romaine heart boats with bean salad.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
