Out of This World Roast

• 3 -4 lbs boneless chuck roast
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cancampbells cream of onion soup
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cancampbells cream of potato soup
• 8 ounces baby carrots
• salt
• pepper
• 14-12 cup water

1. Put roast in casserole dish.
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Put carrots around roast.
4. Pour in water.
5. Pour cream of onion soup over roast (not diluted).
6. Pour cream of potato soup over roast (not diluted).
7. Cover with lid or foil.
8. Put in a 275 oven for 5 hours.
9. When you take the roast out of the oven, you will have the best roast with the best gravy you have ever eaten.
