Pepperoncini Nachos
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 8 cups tortilla chips (about 8 oz.)
- 1 jar (11.5 oz.) pepperoncini peppers, drained
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 1-1/2 min.
- Spread chips onto platter; top with pepperoncini peppers.
- Pour VELVEETA sauce over chips; sprinkle with crushed pepper.
