Butterscotch Brownies
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Pecans
- Blend pudding mix, flour, sugar, eggs, margarine or butter, vanilla, baking powder and salt in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed; beat 2 minutes.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool in pan.
- Cut into squares.
