Good Chicken With Yummy Gravy Recipe

• 8-10 boned, skinned chicken breasts
• 2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 3 jars sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
• 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 3/4-1 c. sherry

1. Pat breasts dry and shape in oval mounds.
2. Place in buttered shallow pan, 2" deep.
3. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over breasts.
4. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 min.
5. Cover with foil entire baking time.
6. You will have lots of gravy.
