Mindy's Malted Bars Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 9 inch square baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add in egg, malted lowfat milk pwdr, lowfat milk and vanilla.
  5. Beat till smooth.
  6. Add in flour and baking pwdr; beat till well blended.
  7. In food processor process malt balls till coarsely minced, about 10 seconds.
  8. Mix in malted balls to batter.
  9. Spread into pan.
  10. Bake 20-25 min.
  11. Cold.
