All Star Pork Meatballs Recipe

• 1 lb grnd pork
• 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
• 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper
• 1 x egg
• 1/4 c. ketchup
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp dry mustard

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine grnd pork, onion flakes, corn flakes, salt, pepper and egg.
2. In a small bowl stir together ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
3. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
4. of the ketchup mix into the pork and mix well.
5. Spray muffin tin with vegetable cooking spray.
6. Form 6 meatballs and place in muffin tin.
7. Coat the top of each meatball with the remaining ketchup mix.
8. Bake for 30 min at 375 degrees F., till nicely browned and glazed.
9. Serves 6
