Sausage & Sweet Red Pepper Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook sausage in skillet on medium heat 10 min., turning occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; pat into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  4. Reserve 1 tsp.
  5. Parmesan for later use.
  6. Mix remaining Parmesan with oil; brush onto edges of dough.
  7. Bake 5 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Meanwhile, remove sausage from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cut sausage into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  10. Top crust with sausage, peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella.
  11. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
  13. Meanwhile, add spinach to reserved sausage drippings; cook 3 min.
  14. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  15. Top pizza with spinach; sprinkle with reserved Parmesan.
