A.1. Sour Cream Chicken Sliders
- 3 green onions
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, divided
- 8 whole wheat slider buns
- 8 baked potato crisps (1 oz.)
- 8 pieces iceberg lettuce
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Chop dark green ends of onions; reserve for later use.
- Chop remaining onions; place in medium bowl.
- Add chicken, A.1.
- Sauce and 1/4 cup sour cream; mix just until blended.
- Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, combine remaining sour cream and reserved onions.
- Fill buns with burgers, sour cream mixture, lettuce and potato crisps.
