Valentine's Day Chocolate Dippers (Raw Foods)

  1. In a small bowl, mix together raw cocoa powder, agave nectar, oil, and salt until smooth.
  2. Place mixture in refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Put parchment paper on a large plate.
  4. Dip the end of one piece of fruit at a time into the cocoa mixture and place on the parchment paper.
  5. Put plate in freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
