Chocolate -raspberry mousse tartletts
- 1 buy pastry dough
- 2 cup raspberrys divided
- 5 oz chopped coarsly semisweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup heavy whip cream
- break dough into 18 peices walnut size balls
- add to muffin pan pressing into pan poke dough with fork
- freeze for 25 mins
- perheat oven.
- 350
- bake dough for 15 to 20 til golden brown
- puree raspberrys .
- add chocolates to sauce pan heat until melted together
- cool for 15 mins at room temp
- beat cream til lightly whipped .
- spoon filling on top of crust & add.
- whip cream .
- freeze for10 mins & serve.
