Chocolate -raspberry mousse tartletts

  1. break dough into 18 peices walnut size balls
  2. add to muffin pan pressing into pan poke dough with fork
  3. freeze for 25 mins
  4. perheat oven.
  5. 350
  6. bake dough for 15 to 20 til golden brown
  7. puree raspberrys .
  8. add chocolates to sauce pan heat until melted together
  9. cool for 15 mins at room temp
  10. beat cream til lightly whipped .
  11. spoon filling on top of crust & add.
  12. whip cream .
  13. freeze for10 mins & serve.
