Grilled Turkey Melt

  1. Melt butter on grill.
  2. Then place sourdough on melted butter.
  3. Remember you want your bread to be a hot blonde.
  4. Place deli sliced turkey next to the bread and warm it up.
  5. Flip bread after about 2 min.
  6. Remember every grill has different temp.
  7. Place swiss on bread to let melt.
  8. Place turkey on melted swiss then spread a thin layer of mayo on naked piece of bread.
  9. Press it all together and enjoy.
